The role of youth in the association: The MFF places a lot of emphasis that young people can play a major role in the creation of societies, and in their effective contribution to the development of their communities. That's why, in our activities, we primarily target young people. We aspire to build their capacity, provide them with opportunities for development and to monitor their activities. Youth participate in our projects as beneficiaries, but also contribute in the implementation of these activities. We listen to their suggestions, analyse their needs, and design activities and projects that will respond to these needs. We also believe in the importance of volunteering. Young people make volunteering as an active mechanism of change and promotion of the values that our organisation supports.
