As part of the YOU FUTURE project, we had a productive day focused on disaster awareness and preparedness!We started the day with creative tasks. Participants were divided into two groups and created reels videos about the correct actions to take during earthquakes and fires. In addition, each volunteer designed an individual poster addressing disaster preparedness for different target groups. Later, we visited the Istanbul Fire Department and received training on disaster preparedness, fire safety, and how to act in emergency situations. Thanks to the knowledge shared by professionals, we became more aware of disaster risks and the importance of being prepared. A great experience filled with creativity, teamwork, and learning!
