WE ORGANIZED A CULTURAL TOUR IN YOZGAT
As part of our “Protect Your Future with Disaster Awareness (You FuTuRe)” project, we organized a cultural tour of Yozgat with our international team of volunteers.
Together with our volunteers from 7 different countries, we embarked on an enjoyable cultural tour in the early days of the project to explore Yozgat’s rich history and cultural heritage.
-As part of this;
The Çapanoğlu Mosque, one of Yozgat’s landmarks, captivated our volunteers with its historical charm and the story that spans from the past to the present. Following this, we visited traditional Yozgat mansions, where information about the architectural structures was shared.
-Our cultural tour wasn’t limited to historical structures; our volunteers also had the opportunity to experience Yozgat’s local delicacies. Important examples of the local cuisine were introduced, and the stories behind these dishes—which are an integral part of the culture—were
