Strong Women Agaınst Dısasters, A Safe Future!
As part of the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) “You FuTuRe” project, our young volunteers came together with the women at our Family Support Center. Our volunteers, who came from Turkey, Azerbaijan, the Czech Republic, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, and Greece, brought disaster awareness into the lives of the women.
Together with our volunteers, they learned through hands-on activities what we can do at home, at work, and in our social lives to prepare for disasters such as earthquakes, fires, and floods.
Let’s not forget that a woman with disaster awareness has the power to protect an entire family and the community.
We’re refreshing our knowledge and strengthening our future together.
