A Day wıth Volunteers
As part of the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) programme, supported by the European Commission (EACEA) and coordinated by SORGED, our “Protect Your Future with Disaster Awareness (You FuTuRe)” project team kicked off the day with purpose and energy in İstanbul! Our volunteers started the morning by preparing an energizer activity designed to be carried out with children in schools — a creative and hands-on start to the day! The team then continued with a Speaking Club session on Natural Disasters, sparking meaningful conversations and building awareness among participants.In the second half of the day, we headed to İBB Çamlık Park in Sultangazi for a litter-picking activity — a small but powerful act for our environment and community. Every day with our young volunteers from Türkiye, Spain , France , and Ukraine ???????? reminds us why solidarity and action go hand in hand.
